Beth Sullivan brings over 20 years of experience in working with intellectually and developmentally disabled adults to her role as the Executive Director of Granite Bay Care. Her journey started after graduating from Hanover College with a degree in Theology, where she served as a Youth Minister for six years before dedicating herself to supporting individuals with disabilities. Beth went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Husson University, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional development.

Beth is deeply committed to GBC's mission of creating an environment that promotes choice, dignity, respect, and happiness for the vulnerable populations it serves. She believes that people should not be defined by their disabilities and that everyone has something to offer to society. Beth is a strong and tireless advocate for helping individuals with disabilities reach their full potential while still leading a fun and fulfilling life.

Beth plays an active role in the training and development of GBC's staff, managers, and director teams. She emphasizes the importance of building wraparound teams of support for each client, which include case managers, guardians, and staff working together to achieve shared goals. Beth believes that a positive and supportive approach is key to helping individuals reach their full potential.

Aside from her work at GBC, Beth serves as the Coach for Granite Bay Care's Special Olympics Team, leading scores of athletes and staff to events throughout the State of Maine. She is also a member of the Restorative Justice committee, which seeks to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Maine avoid interfacing with the justice system.

Beth Sullivan's extensive experience and her commitment to GBC's mission have been instrumental in driving the organization's success. Her leadership, advocacy, and passion have inspired her colleagues to provide the best possible care and support for the individuals they serve. She remains dedicated to ensuring that GBC remains a positive force in the lives of its clients and continues to provide high-quality services that enhance their well-being.

Kim Fletcher is currently the Deputy Director (Operations) at GBC, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in various roles in the Human Services field. She earned an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Counseling from Vermont College and has completed numerous professional development courses throughout her career. These courses have included learning about developmental and mental health services and treatment for both children and adults.

Kim's career in the field started with a nine-year stint in Corrections, where she served as the training director for almost two years. She then transitioned into direct support work, focusing on pregnant and parenting young mothers. Over the past decade, Kim has worked with individuals of all ages with a range of diagnoses, including Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Intellectual Disabilities. Prior to joining GBC, Kim was a Division Director, responsible for managing a State-Wide contract with the Department of Health and Human Services to provide Emergency Housing to adults who qualify for State Developmental Services and were homeless or at risk of being homeless. She also managed a licensed adult mental health home and supervised the Community Case Management supervisor.

Throughout her career, Kim has held several leadership roles and finds immense joy in connecting with those she supervises. She believes in building strong relationships that motivate others to develop ongoing skills and gain confidence, leading them to become strong and independent. Kim has found that leading in a way that empowers others increases self-sufficiency and desire to provide services with quality, empathy and care. Her experience, knowledge, and leadership skills make her an invaluable member of the GBC team and a vital contributor to the success of the organization.

Kelli Wynn is a highly dedicated and passionate member of the Granite Bay Care team, committed to delivering high-quality care to the individuals the organization serves. She has been with GBC since 2007, starting as a Program Manager and holding that position for nine years before becoming the Director of Quality Assurance for two years. She currently serves as a Deputy Director (Admin), a testament to her impressive leadership skills.

Kelli's extensive knowledge in both organizational operations and state regulations is a testament to her years of experience in the field. She has been a certified Non-violent Physical Crisis Intervention instructor for the past seven years, playing a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. She has also provided leadership in opening and supervising the GBC Crisis Programs in 2010 and the Children's Programs in 2017.

Kelli is a highly qualified professional with Bachelor Degrees in both Criminal Justice and Behavioral Science. She has furthered her training with certification in Emergency Management, assisting in planning and participating in several local Emergency Management training sessions. Her previous work experience as a Police Officer for 10 years and residential counselor in a 12-bed adolescent transition home in New Hampshire complements her professional qualifications.

Kelli's extensive knowledge, experience, and dedication have been crucial in driving the success of Granite Bay Care. Her contributions have made her an invaluable member of the team, and her commitment to providing high-quality care to the individuals they serve is an inspiration to her colleagues. Kelli's leadership and expertise have helped to shape the organization's success, and her continued commitment to its mission is vital to the organization's continued growth and success.

Since 2008, Scott Fazzina has been serving as the IT Director at Granite Bay Care, where he strongly believes that access to accurate information is the key to successful management and delivery of the organization's services. In his capacity as the IT Director, Scott's primary responsibilities include developing and managing innovative, robust, and secure information technology systems throughout the organization.

Scott has spent many years at GBC, during which he has developed and implemented a wide variety of systems to streamline the organization's operations, including payroll and employee benefits. His expertise in IT has enabled him to create software solutions that have significantly enhanced the efficiency and productivity of the organization, resulting in better service delivery to clients.

Scott has taken on an additional role as the Risk Management Director at Granite Bay Care. Given his vast experience working closely with all departments within the agency to develop software to suit their needs, Scott has developed a unique perspective on each department's operations. As such, he is well-positioned to identify and create solutions to any potential risks faced by the organization, collaborating closely with department heads to ensure that the organization is well-prepared to mitigate any challenges.

Overall, Scott's years of experience and expertise in IT have been invaluable to the success of Granite Bay Care. His ability to develop and implement innovative systems has enhanced the efficiency of the organization's operations, while his risk management skills have enabled the organization to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.

Lisa comes to GBC with a lifetime of experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities. She got her start at a young age when her family became part of the founding of Special Olympics Maine. There is a rumor that she learned to walk pushing wheelchairs at Camp Waban. After many years as a young volunteer, Lisa became certified in several sports for Special Olympics. While pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Maine Farmington, Lisa volunteered as a state correspondent for a woman with ID. After completing Graduate school at the University of Maine in Orono, Lisa went to work for Special Olympics as the Director of Public and Media Relations, Athlete Leadership, Youth Initiatives and the Law Enforcement Torch Run. She dedicated over 30 years to Special Olympics before transitioning to GBC.

Ready for something new and exciting, but still wanting to serve the same amazing people in a positive way, Lisa came to work here at GBC and LOVES it!

In addition to her work, Lisa loves to put the fun in philanthropy. Throughout the year she enjoys holding baby showers for pregnant women in need, collecting dresses for events at the women’s prison transition center, and having collection parties for organizations in need. She was recognized as one of Maine’s Outstanding women for her efforts. For fun Lisa sings in a Christian Band called Fulcrum, along with her bass playing husband Frank. Her family is very active in their church and community. Lisa and Frank have been married for 27 years and have two hockey playing boys, Noah and Jonah.
